Returns and Exchanges
Not satisfied with your product? No problem! You may exchange or return the product up to 14 days after receiving your order, provided the product is still new and in its original packaging.
Returning items in our store is free. For returns by post, we charge a return fee of €6.95 per package; this will be deducted from the refund of the purchase amount.
Free returns in our store
You can always bring your item back or exchange it in our store within 14 days of receipt. We are located in Niehove (Groningen province) in the Netherlands.

1. Register your return HERE via the online return form.
2. Let us know via the return form that you wish to return the item to the store.
3. As soon as you have received a confirmation from us, we will schedule an appointment for when you can return or exchange the item in our store. 4. In this case, you will not pay any return costs and will receive the refund amount back into your account within 1-3 business days after the return is received in our store.
Returning by post
Do you not live near our store? Then you may, of course, return the items by post. Registered returns can be sent via PostNL.
1. Register your return HERE by filling out the online return form.
- This creates a return label worth €6.95; we will deduct these €6.95 return costs from the refund of the purchase amount afterwards.
2. You will receive the return label from us by email.
3. Pack your return well, in the original packaging and preferably in the box in which you received it, and with sufficient protective material.
4. Drop off the package at the chosen PostNL service point near you.
5. Keep the Track & Trace code safe.
6. As soon as the return shipment has been processed by us, this will be confirmed by email, and you will receive the purchase amount (minus the return costs) back within 1-3 business days.
Return Address
Would you prefer to choose which shipping company to use yourself? That is no problem.
1. Register your return HERE by filling out the online return form.
2. Let us know via the return form that you are returning the items yourself using a different shipping company. You will then not receive a return label from us.

Returning from abroad
If you live in Belgium or Germany, you may have your return sent back via us. For returns from Belgium or Germany, we charge €10.95 return costs. This will be deducted from the purchase amount to be refunded.
You can register your return as follows:

- This creates a return label worth €10.95; we will deduct these €10.95 return costs from the refund of the purchase amount afterwards. 2. You will receive the return label from us by email.
3. Drop off the package at the chosen PostNL service point near you.
4. Keep the Track & Trace code safe.
5. As soon as the return shipment has been processed by us, this will be confirmed by email, and you will receive the purchase amount (minus the return costs) back within 1-3 working days.
Do you live outside the Netherlands, Belgium, or Germany? Returning the item is then at your own expense and risk.

Financial processing of returns
Once a return in good condition has been processed by us within the return period, you will receive the refund amount within 1-3 working days. This refund amount will be automatically credited back to the account used to pay for the order.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel the entire order up to 14 days after receipt without providing a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs, if the product was shipped within the Netherlands. You are only required to pay the return shipping costs yourself. For orders outside the Netherlands, only the order amount excluding shipping costs will be credited. You are required to pay the return shipping costs yourself.
If you exercise this right of withdrawal, the entire order must be returned to us unopened, with all supplied accessories in their original condition and in the original packaging (box). Once we have received the entire order back in the same condition as it was sent by us, we will subsequently refund the order amount due within 5 days of receiving the return. To exercise this right of withdrawal, you can register your return via our return form. Alternatively, contact us via our contact form or send an email directly to info@toverboom.eu.
