At De Toverboom, you can order your favorite products easily and securely. Thanks to a clear ordering process, you can place your order quickly, while paying safely via reliable payment methods. This way, you can shop with peace of mind and look forward to fast and careful delivery.
Ordering at De Toverboom
1. Choose your favorite items in our store www.toverboom.eu
2. Select the desired quantity
3. Add the item to your order by clicking on ‘Add to cart’.
4. Check your order in your ‘Shopping Cart’ or click on ‘View’.
5. Is your order correct? Then click on ‘Checkout’.
6. Enter the required shipping details for the billing address and choose the shipping method.
7. Next, choose the desired payment method.
8. Would you like your order to be gift-wrapped for free? Then tick YES under ‘Have it wrapped as a gift?’.
9. Agree to the general terms and conditions and the refund policy of De Toverboom. Click on ‘Complete order’.
Hooray! Your order has been placed and we are going to pack it nicely for you and send it to you!
Choosing the best payment method
You can pay for your order in various ways. We currently offer the following payment methods:
iDEAL/Wero - during the ordering process, you pay in your own trusted, secure banking environment.
SOFORT Banking - is a direct, online payment method that allows you to securely pay for purchases via your own trusted banking environment. It works similarly to iDEAL/Wero, but is particularly popular in Germany and other European countries.
Bancontact - during the ordering process, you pay in your own trusted, secure banking environment (especially for Belgian customers). Bancontact (formerly Bancontact/Mister Cash) is the largest and most widely used payment method in Belgium. The service is comparable to iDEAL/Wero in the Netherlands.
PayPal - PayPal is a global online payment service that functions as a digital wallet. It links your bank account or credit card to your email address. This allows you to pay or transfer money online safely, quickly, and anonymously without sharing your bank details with webshops. To use this payment service, PayPal charges a 5% payment fee per order. This is calculated automatically with this payment option.
Bank transfer – you can transfer the amount to us digitally or in writing using this method. Please use our payment details when placing your order.

Gift voucher – have you received a gift voucher from De Toverboom? At step 4 of the ordering process (in the Shopping Cart), enter the gift voucher code in the ‘Gift Card’ field. The Gift Voucher code represents the amount stated on the gift voucher. If there is still an outstanding balance on the order after this, choose an additional payment method. You can redeem your gift voucher in multiple transactions; no change will be given.
Do you have multiple gift vouchers and would you like to use them in a single order? Contact us via info@toverboom.eu or via the contact form. We will then create a single code for the entire amount.
Order a gift card
Would you like to surprise someone with a Toverboom gift card? You can! Order your gift card HERE. Enter your details and those of the recipient. After receipt of payment, the Toverboom gift card will be sent digitally to the recipient within 48 hours.
Would you like to have the gift card sent as a card by post? Let us know when placing your order. We would then like to receive the recipient's shipping address. The Toverboom gift card will then be printed and sent in an envelope with a stamp (without a track & trace code).
Delivery of your order
Thank you for your order! As soon as we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation via email within 24 hours.
Your order is first checked and then packed using as many reused and sustainable materials as possible. We will ship your package within 1-2 working days.
Which shipping company will my package be sent with?
We ship via PostNL. After dispatch, packages are usually delivered the next working day, with delivery from Monday to Saturday (until 9:30 PM). Compared to other carriers, PostNL scores an average of around 92.3% in terms of package reliability. Your order will be delivered to the shipping address you provided.
As soon as your package arrives at PostNL, you will receive the track & trace code for your order and your package will become trackable.
Are all items in stock?
We supply all products from our own stock. The items you can add to your shopping cart are in stock. On the website, you can see the stock level of an item under the heading ‘availability’: green means in stock, red means temporarily out of stock.
Sometimes items are ‘temporarily out of stock’. These items have been ordered from suppliers and usually have a delivery time of 1-10 weeks (depending on the supplier) before they are back in stock in our store. I would like to know when an item is back in stock
Do you want to be the first to know when an item is back in stock? Leave your email address under ‘Email me when back in stock’. As soon as the item has been added to our webshop, you will be the first to receive a notification.
